Wave Accounting launched its free online accounting program for small businesses in November 2010. Since launch, Wave has secured more than $7 million in funding, and is signing up tens of thousands of small business customers each month.

We're on the top floor of a sweet retro office building, with a great view of the city, exposed beams and ducts, and surfboards littered throughout. And that's located in Toronto's vibrant Leslieville neighbourhood, with lots of interesting shops and lunch options nearby. We're a bike- and family-friendly office, and we have an Xbox for blowing off steam.
And there's the coveted Wave Accounting Robot trophy, which changes hands during our regular friendly competitions, which recently have included go-karting, a mac-and-cheese bakeoff, and paper airplane tossing. We're a collaborative bunch, but we go at it when we need to.
If there's a perfect word to describe the quality we strive to embody, that would be it. What's that? It's not a word, you say? That's what you think!
